What if my order is damaged or not received?

What is the Ingredients for Childhood sweepstakes?
50 lucky winners will receive a prize package full of fun goodies that will help you and your family make memories together. Each winner will receive an adult and kid pair of Converse shoes in your sizes, two pairs of purple shoelaces, shoelace charms, throwback varsity socks, a cozy picnic blanket, chalk for hopscotch and a jump rope to keep you hopping!
With Purchase: During the sweepstakes period, the participant will add a Bunny Bow Practice Board kit to cart for purchase, fill out contact, shipping, and payment information, and then be prompted with the option to opt-in to the Sweepstakes. Entry is NOT automatic with purchase of practice board.
Without Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, the participant will go to www.ingredientsforchildhood.com. Participants will be prompted to complete the alternate entry form with all required information (including their first and last name, email address, street address of residence (no PO Boxes accepted) and participant must check the box indicating that they are opting to enter the sweepstakes and have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. (If the box is not checked, entry will not be accepted.)
